The staff of Penwith College are committed to providing you with a high quality service whether you are a visitor to the College or a student.
We can only achieve this by listening to you, our customers, informing you of what we are doing, and more importantly taking note of your comments and suggestions.
The customer feedback scheme applies to all college services including our courses. However, if you have a complaint about your course, the behaviour of students or the professionalism of staff, please try to resolve this through discussion with your personal or course tutor before filling in a Customer Feedback Form. Equally feedback about the College in general should be brought to the attention of the relevant manager in the first instance.

What will happen to my comments?
Your feedback will be*
- Passed to the Quality Officer
- Acknowledged by letter or email within 5 working days of receipt
- Copied to the relevant manager for investigation and/or response
- You will be informed of progress within 10 working days of acknowledgement
