CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering
This nationally recognised qualification is vital for all those who want to work with food or drink. Learn how to improve hygiene, how to prevent cross-contamination and how to ensure that food and drink are safe. This course is a definite must for all food handlers. A one-day course held on Thursdays from 8.45am to 4.30pm (7 hours).

CIEH Level 2 Award in Health & Safety in the Workplace
This course is appropriate for all employees. At work you have a responsibility for the health and safety of others: learn where your responsibilities are, what to do if something is unsafe, what to do if it isn’t put right. The course covers general health and safety principles including accident prevention, health and safety law, fire and fire prevention, COSHH, safe systems at work and safety signs. A one-day course held on Thursdays from 8.45am to 4.30pm (7 hours).

Paediatric First Aid-St John Ambulance
If you work with young children or have young children of your own, then this is a very important course. This Paediatric First Aid course covers all health emergencies for children up to 8 years of age: including resuscitation, bleeding and choking. Learn how to prevent injuries and how to respond to accidents when they occur. Suitable for all parents, grandparents, babysitters and anyone employed in caring for children. This course is held over two days (Friday and Monday) from 9.30am to 4.30pm (12 hours).
